Although an added extra, the porch is great for keeping the bad weather getting inside the main area of the tent. It also comes in handy for cooking under if its raining.

The porch was from a German Ebay seller Wenka, sold as piece of canvas with six hoops. All I had to do was buy a pole and attach some guy ropes and we were set.
